Amanda is not just a cook. She is a mother, a traveller, a wife, a creative, a forager, a fresh-food advocate and a huge champion of bringing friends and family together over food.

Having travelled extensively over the course of her working life, Amanda has cooked in private homes, in gardens, by the beach, in churches, in boardrooms, and on boats. Her food journey has taken her across both coasts of America, through to South America, the Caribbean and most recently back home to her native Australia. 

“Being away from home for some considerable years and away from family, I realised the importance of bringing people together over food,” Amanda says.
